Créée en 2016 par les enfants de feu Hédi Bouchamaoui en mémoire de leur père, la Fondation matérialise l’engagement social et sociétal du Groupe HBG . Elle a choisi d’agir dans le cadre d’un engagement moral qui n’a cessé d’œuvrer au développement de certains secteurs névralgiques et ce au travers d’actions caritatives dans des domaines divers.

The Hédi Bouchamaoui Foundation (HBF) is a symbol and a tool, illustrating the real involvement of the HBG group in the country's current socio-economic realities.
This involves supporting associative projects and strong sponsorship, especially in the education and health sectors, two neuralgic sectors ensuring social balance.

Social responsibility

The Foundation has the firm intention of continuing its mission, which aims to give equal opportunities to young people wherever they are, to develop creative thought, and to strengthen skills while advocating for a school culture that would promote the emergence of new cross-disciplinary methods and activities based on modern educational tools.

In addition, equity solidarity actions are carried out, including the renovation of 12 schools in remote areas of the country, as well as donations of recovery equipment to public hospitals during the covid-19 health crisis.

Since its creation, HBF, with the support of its public partners, was able to carry out several activities through the implementation of educational projects.
