Created in 2016, the Foundation is dedicated to perpetuating the memory and work of the late Hédi Bouchamaoui. It has chosen to act in the context of a moral commitment that has continued to work for the development of certain neuralgic sectors, through charitable actions in various fields.

The Hédi Bouchamaoui Foundation (HBF) is a symbol and a tool, illustrating the real involvement of the HBG group in the country's current socio-economic realities.

This involves supporting associative projects and strong sponsorship, especially in the education and health sectors, two neuralgic sectors ensuring social balance.

The Foundation has the firm intention of continuing its mission, which aims to give equal opportunities to young people wherever they are, to develop creative thought, and to strengthen skills while advocating for a school culture that would promote the emergence of new cross-disciplinary methods and activities based on modern educational tools.

In addition, equity solidarity actions are carried out, including the renovation of 12 schools in remote areas of the country, as well as donations of recovery equipment to public hospitals during the covid-19 health crisis.

Since its creation, HBF, with the support of its public partners, was able to carry out several activities through the implementation of educational projects.
