The Foundation has taken the initiative to set up an international inter-hospital cooperation between the new University Hospital of Gabès and the North University Hospital of Marseille.
This cooperation is part of the desire to develop a decentralized cooperation project between the cities of Marseille and Gabes in the context of the health and social situation affecting the entire population, but in particular the most vulnerable.

CHU Nord de Marseille
The Foundation's counterpart in this project is the "Innovons pour Marseille Métropole" association, chaired by Annie Levy-Mozziconacci, a Geneticist and senior lecturer at the Marseille CHU, who has set up a collective (Norcovid) in the northern districts of Marseille, which has enabled actions to be developed as close as possible to the population by involving civil society.

The Foundation, which has been working since the beginning of the Covid pandemic with the hospital in Gabès by supporting it through the acquisition of high-tech medical equipment, contacted the hospital's management and medical committee to explain the project.

Dans ce projet le vis-à-vis de la Fondation est l’Association « Innovons pour Marseille Métropole » présidée par Mme Annie Levy-Mozziconacci, médecin généticienne, maître de conférence-praticien hospitalier au CHU de Marseille qui a monté un collectif ( Norcovid ), dans les quartiers Nord de Marseille, qui a permis de développer des actions aux plus près des populations en impliquant la société civile.
Ce projet s’inscrit dans une vision globale dont l’objectif est l’aide au management « Ville-Hôpital » dans des territoires précaires en situation et en sortie de crise sanitaire.
Suite à la concertation avec la partie française, deux thèmes ont été retenus sur lesquels la coopération mettra l’accent sur :
1 - Training and research.
2 – La coordination d’un parcours de soins « hôpital-ville » / « ville-hôpital ». Un appel à projet est en cours d’instruction sera bientôt déposé aux différentes instances de tutelles en vue de leur accord et leur appui.
